For those of you working on the fuel lines in the tunnel, you may want to hold off for a couple of days. I have come up with the best solution to the several problems associated with the fuel valve and scat tubing. I will provide pictures early this next week. Pascal Reid and Dennis Mangan have already seen it and were very impressed. Honestly, it's so nice, I hate to share it.

Ok, attached are the pics.... but for some of you they're huge, sorry, haven't messed with the conversion software.
I am awaiting one AN fitting, and then I can finish all the fuel lines and their connections. Also, will then have pics of the scat routing.
This part had to be made from 3 pieces, welded, and then turned on a lathe. Still working on a price... which is mostly determined by the interest. Hopefully, we can make at least 10 at a time. So if interested, please let me know. Rough price is between $40 and $70. The welding is the expensive part.

Don, those are beautiful and it is a thrill to watch Steve's Utube and
your post showing how to dress up the RV-10.
Keep up the great work. I will start the confirmation list offline for
bandwidth consideration.

Very nice. My big concern however would be something small getting into the recess and jamming the valve action.

Can't happen. Everything is screwed down so tight. I'm sure you could pour sand or/and a soda in it and not affect anything. Now maybe a handfull of gravel might be a temporary problem.

Michael, if you use a little less lipstick and eyeliner, there won't be
as many items to loose in the new cup.

Don,
Okay, I'm slow, but I'm not getting how recessing the fuel selector into the tunnel cover helps with the scat tube situation.
What am I missing?

I just picked up the last AN fitting needed to finish the fuel lines. Then I'll hook everything up and run the scat tubing. I believe by moving the valve forward 5", there will be plenty of room to run the scat below the existing Van tunnel, and to the right of the fuel valve. We'll see tomorrow.... I'll take some pictures. Thanks again for the hospitality at Copperstate.
