How to route pitot and static around wing flange?

Just inserted port wing. The wing flange comes within 1/16" of the fuse near the spar. Need to go near the front lift pin before gap gets wide enough to fit tubing. How are you supposed to get the pitot and static lines above the wing flange so you can sneak them under fairing and above spar?Then once aft of spar, need to go far aft before again there is enough space to sneak tubing down.I am not too keen on filing flange, but perhaps that is what is supposed to be done?
