Hi,, doing the annual and we've found when the oil door indicator is fully closed (and the knob won't turn anymore) the door under the belly is hanging down about 3 inches. how do we adjust this?

Mike;
That probably means the retention of the cable housing has failed for some
reason.
The housing must be firmly clamped to structure near the operating end. If
that has come loose the housing will move with cable actuation.
