I have been using Aeroshell #5 grease in my Russian paddle blade as it is the stiffest of the Aeroshell greases. Is there something else out there that has proven it's worth?

Aeroshell 5 has been the standard grease for Hamilton Standard Constant Speed (counterweight types) for many, many years..
For a time about 15 or more years ago Grease 5 was apparently dropped by Shell and limited manufacture was taken over by another company.
Some of the overhaul shops changed to Aeroshell 6 but I believe have since reverted to Grease 5 which is again available from Shell.

I have used it for at least 50 years in all counterweight props.whether US, Russian or Chinese. Also wheel bearings and many other applications
