Does anyone on the list know where I can get diode/rectifier parts for a 35 amp Nippendenso alternator (Vans #14184). This is the second time I've had to replace them, first time was a loose connection, not sure about the second time and my local supplier can't seem to locate any. I've traced it to an application for a 1975 to 1979 /Honda Civic 1.5 L but no one seems to have any parts. Any other automotive applications that might work. Thanks in advance guys.

Geo Storm, Suzuki Samurai, or find one at an auto wrecking yard.
bought my Nippenedenso from a wrecking yard 21 years ago for $35.00
and still running great.

Try any local automotive electrical rebuilder. Shouldn't be a problem if you are in a reasonable sized town.
