quick question, I am countersinking the wing spars for the skins and made a dimpled template to ensure correct depth. With the hole countersunk to accommodate the dimpled skin it seems the countersink goes very close to all the way through the spar. Now when I am deburring the other side it is enlarging the whole a little it seems. Is this normal?
thanks,
John
