Whats the consensus (ha) on this canopy frame skin??  Crease like this guy did or not?

http://www.vansairforce.com/community/showpost.php?p=245836&postcount=16

I don't remember seeing this on other tip-ups, but as I build one I can understand how it might be so....

Thanks,

IIRC, I saw the same link & ended up creasing mine slightly. If no one

else replies, I'll take a look tomorrow.

I didn't - and have a gap that sucks my shirt sleeve into it when I fly.  The overlap I allowed hides it visually, but the airflow knows it's there!

Thanks for all the input.  I was hoping that the crease would make for a better fit, but it doesn't sound like that is really the case.  I'll press on and probably leave out a couple rivets where the gaps are, as most others have done.

Cheers,

The crease didn't help with the row of rivets that run across the top of

the frame (I left 2 or 3 'unconnected'), but it may help with the fit to
the holes on the sides of the frame.
