I'm installing the brake lines for my Grove cylinders and calipers. Does anyone have experience with them, especially the recommended sizing?

I'm leaning toward 3/16" but have been hearing reports of 1/4" systems. By the way, my Grove gear is gun drilled and the bosses are 1/8" NPT female.
