Fellow RVators C
Mitch Lock of Van’s Aircraft will be at the next Chapter 1114 meeting on October 17th. Mitch has built several RV's (All of them maybe?) and will be flying his new RV-12 to the meeting. Weather permitting of course. The meeting will be held in the chapter clubhouse at Cox airfield in Apex C NC.
Come one C come all! Did I mention the incredible breakfast spread starting at 0830? Pancakes C sausage C eggs C grits... the works! Mitch's presentation will begin after breakfast at 0930.
You can find details about the meeting and also Cox field (NC81) at www.eaa1114.org. The web page currently has details about the last meeting C but it will be updated soon. The airstrip is 2400ft grass runway in good condition. Make sure you check the web site for details on the strip before flying in. It's not difficult C but just a little non-standard. Uphill C under RDU airspace C right pattern C etc.
