Hi guys,
I'm asking if any of you are using a Windows 7, 64-bit system for
posting and
searching this site and having trouble with it or other serious programs.
Hope you find this a proper question for the forum, but I'm thinking of
replacing my
old Gateway XP system from 2001. It's maxed out and slow enough that
some of my
serious programs bottom the CPU and the 512K memory. This machine can go
no further without a move to the "next great thing". Should I be
concerned about 64-bit
or Windows Pro 7 for the Matronics site?

From an IT guy - you should have no issues with Internet stuff if you
upgrade. Other software might be an issue, though...

For whatever it may be worth, Larry, I have been running Windows 7 in my HP (64 bit) for a couple of months; it seems a good bit more stable than the Vista it replaced.
