Video of Kolb flight.
This is with new camera and using foam to dampen vibrations.
Nothing special. Just Kolb flying.

I know many pilots and a few true aviators. There is a distinct difference that I have the greatest respect for. |

Thanks for the nice ride. I like the southern polka music
I thought your strip was short? Lot more room than mine.

John B:
Looks good to me.
James Tripp took me up to Gantt Interntional Airport last week to crank my
mkIII, first time in over two months. Battery was down a bit. My solar
charger is not keeping up like it should. We jumped it off with one of
those small jump start rigs. I need to get me one of those when I start
flying again. The 912ULS popped right off and ran like a clock after a few
seconds to get her pipes cleaned out. If I could get in the airplane, I
think I could fly it, but the grass on the airstrip is near waist high.
Clutch on the McCormick W-9 is way to strong for me to try to push with my
bum leg, so the bush hogging will have to wait until I get in a little
better shape. It was great to see, feel, and hear the airplane come alive
and run, even though I could not fly it.

mkIII - 3,000.0+ airframe and 440.0 on the 912ULS.
