To muddy the waters, I have reset the landing gear breaker on a twin comanche, which tripped because the wrong lube in the system had gotten cold and stiff, thus working the motor a bit too hard.
You are the only one who can make the decision.

sure no one in history has recovered from a popped breaker on a flap
