I have just received from Travis a set of new aluminum landing gear legs, to replace the old bent steel legs. Can anyone give me the proper dimension to push the new legs into the cage socket before marking them to drill the bolt hole?
Thanks in advance

Steve –

For the Mark-III with the stock alum gear legs, you push them all the way into the cage sockets until they bottom out. Then drill.

Hi Dennis,

Spent the day yesterday on the turquoise trail, love the area where you live. Must have driven close to your house
Glad to here there is another kolber in the area.

I am a flatlander from Brownsville TX . I had a mishap at St. Johns on my way
to MV this year , so I decided to spend a couple of months learning to fly in the
high DA you guys have here.I rented a house at Mid Vally Airpark in Los Lunas
and will be here untill Aug 15. I have been to most of the local airports and hope
I,m learning . Still plan to go back to St. Johns and try to get some of the hair from
the dog that bit me.
