Wanted W64ZK49 prop

I need a W64ZK49 prop.
I just can't seem to dial in my 51.
Tried all the jet combos from lean to rich.
Smooth elbow with devider for intake.
Like beating my head against the wall.
Best static I can get is 2400.
Sensenich and Jab USA can't deliver
for 3 months. I want to leave Wisconsin
and head for Florida for the winter.

Have you thought about carving your own propeller?

Or getting a composite ground adjustable pitch prop? Sounds easier than carving a prop.
