In September I posted some pictures. Tim noticed  that my VSGV AP was showing a constant need for trim. I had not considered that  the constant running might be a problem. I bought the TT Auto pitch trim module  and temporarily wired it in. As it turned out the module only ran the servo one  way. After checking voltages it was determined that the servo needed  recalibration, especially the trim sense function. I removed that servo and sent  to TT; they returned promptly and reinstalled today. When I removed the TT servo  I told the AP pitch=no and assumed that I would need to turn it on when I  replaced the servo. Apparently not. The servo and pitch trim unit somehow reset  the pitch=no to pitch=yes without my intervention. I test the new unit tomorrow  so will see how much difference.
