Hello all,

I am finishing the center wing section and nearing the last four steps of

the center wing work report of compressing the bungees. The original manual

says that everything except the top skins can be riveted at this point. Is

this correct? I could not find anything directly answering this in the

archives, and looking ahead in the plans I did not find any conflicts.
