Robert,
If you get rid of the inflight adjustable prop and you can license it as experimental armature built and fly it LSA. That is what I am doing with my XP. I am using a Prince power tip prop.

What is the diameter and pitch on the Prince prop that you are useing? And this will allow for what top speed?

Went over to the hanger this AM. My prop is 62" at 78".
