I am surprised that I have not heard any comments  regarding the FAA change in the Operating Limitations for all jet aircraft.

Starting April 16, all aircraft obtaining initial certification will be under the new rules, which are more restrictive that before. Expecially the area regarding flights over populated areas. I would welcome some comments regarding this. -
