My understanding is that the CJAA and the EAA have asked for more time to study the logic behind these changes and their impact. 8130.2G is supposed to be released April 16th but the ex/ex portion of it may be delayed ... not that I have much faith in that.
I haven't heard much about it either. Very curious.
