I recently traded in my Bose X headset for the new Bose 20 at Spruce.  I asked about the acquisition of CPS and he told me that the plan is to remain  as two separate companies. The CPS catalog will still be. Shipping and customer  service will be handled by Spruce( good thing !!!)

  By the way I can't say that the new Bose is that much better than the  old for the money. The headband and top cushion are smaller so it is not as  comfortable on your head. It is a hair quieter though.
