Cuttin out the new pre-finished inspection hole. Flanges are 3/8". With the hole locations about at the intersection in the corner. Cut on the line except in the corners to leave material for the #6 nutplates and hardware. We opted to make the door out of 0.050 aluminum, however the kit comes with some 3layer plate to fabricate from.
