We flew the Kolbra to Lake Mille Lacs (Minnesota) on Saturday and it turned out to be a pretty good winter fly-in here in the northland with lots of aircraft landing on an ice runway.

Twin Pines restaurant hosted the fly-in. Temps were in the 20's with blue skies and calm winds.

I will post video of Part 2 tonight.

Some say he's BIG headed because he flies a Kolbra. You be the judge!

Me BIG headed????

I don't think so (although I may act a little arrogant at times and don't mean it).

Part 2 is uploading right now. I will post it tomorrow morning. I hope you guys like these. If you don't want them, I'll go back to "lurk mode". Please let me know one way or another.

Thanks,
Ralph B

Ralph

Yes keep them coming please. I haven't seen winter for almost ten years. Seeing bikinis on the beach every day trumps snow and ice but I do enjoy seeing it on youtube.

Ahhh gees, bikini's on a beach? Here I'm trying to make winter go by quickly making Kolbra videos for you guys and now you mention "seeing bikini's on a beach". What's it going to be? Bikini's on a beach or flying Kolbs?

(Rick, I know you are going to say, "Well I have both" ...

By the way, we are expecting a foot of snow here in Minneapolis tonight and tomorrow. I hope that makes you feel a little better Smile

Kolbers:

Wish me and my MKIII were up there with skis, and I knew how to fly with
them. Of course, I could head back to Alabama as soon as I got tired of ice
and snow.

I knew a girl with a Koldbra once -- oops, sorry, not Kolb-related.
