Where should the brown ground wire on a 532 be attached to ?

To airframe & engine block ?

Am in process of installing a Key West regulator that has a 12Volt DC plug that is labeled to ground.
It should probably go to frame & block also, But would it be a good idea to connect it to the brown engine wire also ?
