If your main air valve is suddenly leaking and hard to move the problem is most likely a rusty needle in the main air valve. Options are to either replace the needle with a stainless steel needle or replace the entire valve. Both are in stock, contact me off list if you find that this is your problem. You may have other problems (leaks) which drained your tank because the aircraft was not running, these small leaks are easily overcome by the compressor when the engine is running so you never know you have them.

[quote]Looking for any opinions of problem. My yak has always held air in the main system and did not leak at all. On most recent flight I came to airport and found the air completely gone
and the handle to turn on air very tight to move. I filled the system and went flying. It charged up to 4 in a one hour flight. But did not go back up to 5 range where it used to be. It would seem that I have a non-return (ck valve) sticking. Where do you suggest to start to look . thanks
