Be sure to take in account if the grass was freshly mowed and density altitude.

I fly out of a 2200' grass strip ( Elevation 60' ) and there are days when a 85 hp Aircoupe can not get airborne due to 95 deg temps and long grass. We cut a few passes down the middle of the runway and he can get out if he uses the right procedure. Be careful.
