Folks,

   

  The first ever RPA South Central Regional Texas Fly-In is on the www.flyredstar.org website posted under "Fly-Ins" right on the home page - you can register right there for free to let the planners know your coming, it's helpful to the planners, as they have to copy up supplies, purchase water and other beverages, etc.

   

  Here is what the website says under fly-ins, please not the location:

   

          Airport Name:  Gainsville Airport    Airport Identifier   KGLE    State:   TX    Start Date:  5/10/2007    End Date:   5/13/2007        Additional Notes:    South Central RPA Meet and Greet and FAST Clinic at Gainsville Airport. Discussions on the new formation manual, new ground school and future South Central Region Events to be held by RPA President Drew Blahnick. Check pilots will be available as needed.

   

  If you would like to see an event annually in this area of Texas, try to make it out and be in on the planning discussion.

The 10th is for those arriving early. Friday  morning will be the start day. Terry Calloway is to do the ground school on  friday. We plan some check rides during the ground school. Bring your letters of  REC.in order to get a check ride. We will have lead pilots who can give letters  of Rec if you are ready. Looking for a good turn out. Thanks Forrest  (FLUSH)
