I've found the 'perfect panel' discussion kind of overwhelming ..... so
much information, and so many opinions. However, is there (or can there
be) a site with a collection of panel pictures with descriptions on
what's on the panels??? For those that had CAD drawings, are they
available??? In one place???
This would be an invaluable source of information. As i've said before,
I started with dreams of a maxed-out glass panel, changed to a
minimalist panel, and now I haven't a clue what I'm going to do. I'm
sure there are a lot of builders out there, just like me. By the time
my panel is done, however, there may be a whole new class and companies
out there, just to cause more mental anguish.
I'll probably be the one to wire up my panel, as that's nothing new to
me, but I'd like to hear from those that did wire their own and
regretted it .... and why.
I also understand that the available sample may be small, at this time,
but starting small has it's own time-saving benefits built in.

I'd be happy to put a section together where you could have a write-up
about your personal panel, and a single photo of it (or perhaps 3 or 4
of them). I could have a master page with thumbs and names and that
would link to the individual's panel write-up. If people want to
do this, I'd be game, but instead of bombing the list with all
the photos, just send them off-line and I'll post them. THe builder
has to do the work of the write-up though.
