Anyone out there know of anyone looking for a L-29??
New factory overhauled zero time engine installed during the Reno Air Races last September.
I've got a friend who has a L-39 and a L-29 and I am able to fly both aircraft since he isn't rated in either, so there is no sense in having a 3rd jet sitting around in the hangar.
I'll make someone a smokin' deal!

Probably not your kind of thing but maybe you have some pointers,
we are looking for a generous donor of a L-29 Delfin aircraft (project). It is planned to make this project part of one or more senior design projects and/or engineering labs (including turbomachinery, aerodynamics, hydraulics, structures etc.) at our university (Colorado School of Mines, Golden, CO, www.mines.edu )
There is availability of some limited funds. Transportation will be covered. Donor will be able to claim tax exemption of fair-market-value. Donor will receive public recognition.
If you have a big heart and would like to provide our students with
a one-of-a-kind hands-on learning experience, please get in touch...
