Hi,

  I just bought a partially built Firestar II kit. It has a Rotax 503 with E gear box and a 68"  Powerfin prop. Is this a good set up for the Firestar II ?

  I have not flown for years but plan to get a tail wheel endorsement in a J 3 Cub before I fly the Kolb.

  Any comment and advice will be appreciated.

503's are a great engine, if you got two 5 gallon tanks you  can it to (F69), come on by I got gas.
