=0D=0A=0D=0A I had the same problem. I didn't find it until theaircraft was painted and it showed up as asmall blue spot at the edge of the rivet. Here are the steps I took.=0D=0A=0D=0A1. Empty the fuel tnk=0D=0A2. Remove paint and anything else from the application area. For this I used a spot shaver, though the tip of a small round grinding bit in a Dremel would probably also work.=0D=0A2. Apply a slight vacuum to the tank. This was accomplished by attaching the intake hose from one of those manual plastic fuel pumps available at auto parts stores (about $12). I attached the hose directly over the fuel vent. I only put enough vacuum so that I could hear a slight hissing sound when I depressed the fuel drain vent.=0D=0A3. Apply a drop or two of Loctite 294. This is a version of the threadlocker that has wicking ability. It is designed, among other things, to eliminate porosity in assembled bolts.
