Hi,
When the wings are folded minimal displacement of the rudder
is available. If you are trying to taxi under power, the folded
flaperons will block rudder travel. You won't be able to steer
the aircraft very well...

That's a good reason to not try flying with the wings folded either! Limited
rudder travel in flight!
