I have searched archives and cannot find, someone told how to bleed
all air out of coolant system on 582 and it worked like a champ.(3
years ago).

I changed the subject for you. It's a pain, but when you
reply to a digest message you have to first, be careful not to quote
the whole digest, and second, to change the subject.
When I re-fill my 582 all I do is leave the head vent open
while filling, then shake the beejeesus out of the engine in between
topping the filler to the very brim. I then tilt the plane forward,
(assuming you're a tail dragger,) until coolant flows out of the
disconnected head vent. I then fill the head vent tube by holding it
low, then capping it with my finger. One I know no air is at the head
vent or in the head vent tube I put the tube on as carefully as
possible to minimize the trapped air. Seems to work.

I do the same but not shaking the beezeezus outta it.
With the taildragger the vent line is high and allows most air out .
Once you start it the bubbles will get pushed out .
Make sure you use the right antifreeze - Dexcool fits the bill
and make sure you use Distilled water.
