				The vibration problem was not due to prop balance. It was a combination of
 slightly loose bolts that mount the 912 engine and a slightly off carb sync.
 The mechanic told me that the bottom-only mounts will loosen up because the
 engine isn't support right. Unless you add mounts on top of the engine these
 bolts need serious attention. He suggested changing the four 10mm bolts to
 studs and using lock washers, which he said won't loosen.

				Jack,
 The plane is a Zenith CH701 STOL/bush plane with 20 hours on it. I have
 attached a picture but don't know if Matronics will post it. Zenith came out
 with a better 912 mounting arrangement this year, but I don't want to spend
 the bucks and time it would take to install it.
