I may be behind the curve here so forgive me  but this --

would seem to indicate that the CH750 is definitely not the same as the AMD Patriot, right? Someone on this list posted pictures of the Patriot last year and it had a Cessa-esque curved corner tailboom, while the thing in the picture above is very much a CH STOL with slab sides and big flaps.
Are there other, perhaps more informative if less tantalizing pictures of the CH750 out there?

The 750 is a 701 bumped out to the LSA limits (I’m certain the engineering details are much more complex than that but that’s the short version). The outline of its firewall matches that of the 601 so it can use existing 601 FWF packages. Zenith will announce it at OSH and be selling wing and tail kits at OSH (at least that’s what I recall Roger telling me). There are two other pictures here (shot by Anthony Hanson on a visit to the factory this winter):

The Patriot is a non-Chris Heintz design that AMD is pushing. It was first designed and flown overseas (Italy)?. Chris made some changes to the design.
