Does anyone have a set of model 4 main gear they would sell? Hoping someone changed out to Grove gear and has some leftovers. Larry

Larry,
My new - 1992 - kit came with tube gear and I will be using the taller
cabane style gear. Can you handle b;ue powder coat? Contact me off list.

Try Brian Morrisette (Sudbury, Canada) he is finishing a Speedster and has purchased the Grove gear. (Brian monitors the list)

Good morning Folks,
I thank you all for your responses to my request for kitfox gear. I will be picking up a set nearby soon. I appreciate that so many responded both on and off list to help me out of dilemma. I had a fuel problem and had to land ( semi-controlled crash) in a very short hayfield with a very steep upslope. A self induced groundloop wiped out the gear ,but kept me out of the trees. Fuselage was bent at the gear fittings ,but won't take a lot to repair. Needs a bit of new tubing and a lot of time. It is all stripped down now and rhe fuselage is ready to go into the rotissiare . Repairs will have to wait til winter. Have to finish up a couple of other projects first.
