If you look at the pictures of the Denney plane in  other posts, you can see that it has a one piece window in an aluminum frame. My  'Fox has a one piece rather thick plexi held on with mostly velcro althoutgh  there are four through fasteners. I've posted picTures before. 

  

 I would like any details anyone can post about  making a lighter, thinner one piece window similar to that seen in the Denney  aircraft. 

  

 I am aware of the one piece plastic turtledeck and  I am not interested in that option. Although I might be interested in a complete  folding one if someone else wishes to upgrade to a plastic one.
