Hi,

  

 I'm currently fitting  the longerons inside the tailcone.

  

 On page 10-6 Step 1,  we're asked to remove an area of material for clearance of the HS attachment  bars.

  

 Upon fitting, I'm  finding that the HS attachment bars are touching the  longerons.

  

 1) Is this  acceptable?  I'm guessing not.

  

 2) I've continued to  remove material from the longeron and right now I'm pushing 15/32 of removed  material when the plans called for 11/32.  In order to get the HS  attachment bars to easily clear, I'm guessing I'll have to removed another 2 or  3/32.  Is that a problem or should I just start over with a new  longeron?
