Hi Guys,
What's happened to the www.aerocommander.com website?
It's my Home Page, but when I went onto the Internet just now, I'm getting a message that "aerocommander.com expired on 01/12/2009 and is pending renewal or deletion".

I've never paid any kind of subscription for any website!
Does the 'normal' page load OK at your end?

What we’re talking about is the registration for the domain name “aerocommander.com”.
It has to go through a registrant, who charges are annual fee for managing the domain names. Our “subscription” to manage aerocommander.com has expired.

you need to renew it right away - someone can snatch it up and it wouldn't be available to you - I have about a dozen domains registered - should run about 9 or 10 bucks a year. I have mine registered at gkg.net. I'll take a look using whois and see who is the administrator

My company has a VIP account with networksolutions and they graciously offered to give us a 15-day extension on aerocommander.com until we can sort this out. Our site should be back up in a couple of hours.

Hold the Ctrl key down while pressing F5, which should reload the page and clearing the cache. Let me know if that helps.

Update: The domain has been transferred to my account at networksolutions
and renewed for a year. I will transfer the website soon and then we should
be good to go. It'll make life a lot easier for me, too, working on the
site.

You should have the site coming up by now, Barry. Delete your temporary internet files and try again. It could be that your browser is holding on to the error message in its cache.
