I looked at the Voyager at one point but ended up with the Dynon 180. It just seemed more finished TO ME and I really had no interest in the built in GPS as always knew I'd go with a Garmin of one flavor or another.

I'm just a customer (I had an unflown Enigma and upgraded to a Voyager) and
I moderate a user-to-user group for MGL products on Yahoo:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/stratomaster_users_group/
We have about 700 subscribers including the head of MGL (Rainier) and most
of the world-wide dealers. If you are not already a member you could join
and solicit opinions there too.
Obviously I like MGL's products but here are some pros and cons:
- the MGL products offer great performance and versatility at a lower price
than their competitors.
- the Enigma/Voyager/Odyssey software evolves rapidly, much more rapidly
than say Dynon. This is a two edge sword.
- you can do a lot of customization: the screen layouts are all "soft" and
can be tuned or completely redesigned. The type and number of probes is also
configurable. But you can spend a lot of time customizing.
- you can download free simulator/screen-designer applications for your PC
for the Enigma or the Odyssey (Voyager is just an Odyssey with a smaller
screen).
My general advice is to postpone your purchase of any of your avionics as
long as possible. Rapid evolution and obsolescence is the pattern these
days. And the manufactures leap-frog each other. Dynon will have a whole new
line this year.

Funny Craig that you didn't mention the one thing I felt was a big plus for the Stratomaster line. The single wire through the firewall.

Well I did say "some". I didn't mention a lot of things:
- the built-in GPS
- the memory card slot on the front (for easy upgrades, maps, exported
flight logs and second-by-second "black box" logging of flight and engine
data)
- voice alarms ("oil pressure")
- control of radio setting from the EFIS (Garmin, XCOM, MGL radios)
- in the Odyssey a Garmin-G1000 sized LCD display for a LOT less money
- aside from the remote engine data pod the attitude and compass boxes are
separate from the display box
- an optional attitude box using British Aerospace ring gyros
- numeric keypad and rotary knobs (Voyager and Odyssey) for easy entry of
data
- autopilot using Trio Avionics servos (in beta)
- optional I/O extender adds additional analog and digital inputs and
outputs
- nine customizable screens
