Hey fellas! Has anybody sprung for those sexy strut fairings?
I was wondering if they did any good? Or were just in the way/ more trouble than they're worth etc...
Looks like fun to put together.

Yes they do look "sexy" I guess. They are also supposed to be very functional. I have heard a conservative 3-4 MPH increase in speed all the way up th 6-8 MPH speed increase. Strut fairings are well worth the effort to install. My 701 will have them once finished.

The 801 strut covers don't fit the 701 without cutting them down. Suggest
