Oops! I should know better than to do this stuff in a hurry. I suspect
my 1st link was in error.
Try googling 'loctite wicking grade'.
Here's the link to the 609 formula datasheet (wrong?):

and the 290:

294 is a hi temp version, but the data sheet says it's not recommended
for 'blind holes':
