We made a small run of aluminum door pin guide blocks.  These are essentially the stock teflon part, but made from aluminum.  The print for the blocks is on page 45-15.



We just installed a set on a customer's plane, and I have a set like this on my plane.  They work very well.  I think most would agree that this is one of the few weak spots on a -10, and an upgrade is pretty important.

 

These are $65 per set of four, drilled with the 3.4 degree angle and countersunk for #10 screws, USPS priority mail shipping included.  Please give me a call if you would like a set.
