Matt,

 That is the Smoking Airplanes system and a number of guys here at Spruce  Creek use it.  Most of RV-8s mount it in the forward baggage (see photo on  web site at http://www.smokingairplanes.com/)

  

 Cons:

 - Installation requires adding brackets to hold tank weight - remember to  plan for 56# times the number of Gs

 - Installation requires an easy access switch plus arming switch

 - Messy to deal with.

 - Buying smoke oil

 - Storing smoke oil

 - Cleaning oil off bottom of airplane

 Pro:

 - Incredibly Cool
