I pulled one of the screws out to have a closer look, and it appears that on the McCalley governor they've used a dab of Green locktite on the shaft of the screw.  There's defiantly no safety wire holes in the screws.  Does Green Locktite seem sufficient?

I noticed that your Allen head screws are drilled for safety wire.  Mine aren't.

I wonder if I'm still suppose to safety wire them...?
