Good luck using those x & y coordinates. Mine didn't work out at all -- they were totally off. I understand that newer sets of plans correct some of that. Seems easier to me to simply trim to fit the wing tips (cut a little off at a time). That's what I ended up doing.

Yes, they are meant to go inside. Mine didn't fit very well either, but I plan to use some sort of filler where needed. I'm told that heating the fiberglass will help bend them to shape, so you can try that. You could put the flanges on the outside, but I don't think it would look very good that way.
