Oh well,

 

 they (XL) were grounded in the UK as well, however the LAA (EAA equivalent) did assess

 and balance the ailerons to overcome the initial issue flutter

Yup, one in hangar facing mine...registered, ready for DAR, probably

going to remove skin warp ailerons for conventional piano hinge

ailerons as well as whatever else the factory recommends to fix the

wing failure problem.
