I hope there is more than one girl at Jab USA, if not, you just told

everyone including her employer that she is recommending to buy elsewhere

and that she is even giving out the name of the other supplier their part

number. Whilst I'm sure we all appreciate her help, I bet her boss doesn't

When are you guys going to get off this thread - Maligning Jabiru will not  make you any friends. My experience with them has been nothing short of  excellent. Also it does not take much sleuthing to find alternate sources for  most of the ancillary parts hung on the engines.

I think you are wrong.

She helped to satisfy  a customer and she wasn`t going to get the sale 

anyway. She would get full marks if I was her boss. If you please the 

customer you can`t go wrong in the long run

There are different schools of thought on how to run a business. One of them says that helping your customer regardless of whether you make a sale today is a good investment in long term relationship that will in time make you much more profitable. The other is to rape your customers while you can. Long-term vs short-term thinking. The short-term mentality is one of the root causes of the current global recession. 



Based on my limited dealings with Jabiru USA thus far, I'm pretty sure that Pete Krotje is in this business for the long-term with a long-term mentality.
