Troops,
I have arranged for a group rate at a hotel located JUST 3 miles from the Lakeland airport. The rate will be $90/night (They are normally over a $100/nite). I've contracted for 10 rooms. So far only eight people have indecated they are interested.
Do NOT call me for reservation. You must call direct to the hotel and make your reservations.. The group rate is under "Red Star Pilots Association".

I will be looking in to group transportation later. I'd like to get an idea on how many will need it. The plan right now is a simple schedule of - to the airport in morning after breakfast. Back to the hotel after the airshow is over and airplanes tied down. I'll need to know how many people will want to get in on this.
