I have used LL in my 912 occasionally, while running full synthetic. The engine will be fine if you just use one tank, and I also used a lead scavenger. I would change the oil sooner, and when you do, remove the oil sump and clean it out. You will see all kinds of gunk in the bottom. I switched to a semi-synthetic so I don't have to worry about the occasional dose of LL. It does gum everything up. You'll see it on the spark plugs too.
