I bought a Firestar KX from a Don Keller in Sylvania OH.  He bought it from a Don or Donald Jacobs (best he can remember) in the Louisville KY area.  I am trying to find its build history and when first flown? I hope someone recognizes this plane and can help.  Approximately 100 hours on the meter and very well built and detailed.

I don't understand what you mean by wingtips?  They are standard per the KX drawings best I can tell.

I'm flying a KXP (just bought it) out of Camden, Tn..  What's the chance we 

can get together?  I'd love to see your plane and talk with another Kolb
